A perfect service for the couple who is looking for someone to wrap up the last minute details and put a big pretty bow on top of your very special and carefully coordinated day!
I will be with you through every step of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception so that you and your families can relax and enjoy such a joyous occasion without stress or worry. After all the time and money that you have spent on planning this event, you can't afford not to have someone there to make sure it goes off without a hitch.
Here's how it works:
Let's meet! We'll start with a quick "get to know you" meeting at a coffee shop - discuss what you have planned so far, get a general idea of your itinerary, etc.
1 month out: Fill out a form with information about your day - venue, contacts, final itinerary, and the like.
2 weeks out: Meet at a coffee shop to go over all the details of your wedding day. We'll go over the forms you filled out previously in detail.
Rehearsal: I'll be there to help organize your wedding party during the ceremony rehearsal, answer any questions, etc.
Wedding Day: up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination (centerpieces, name cards, help getting things from ceremony to reception, paying vendors, locking up gifts, you name it)
Price: $800 (gasp! what a deal!)
*Half required to reserve your wedding date, half due 2 weeks out when we meet to finalize details.
Why me?
I've been immersed in weddings for six years - through wedding photography, planning my own, being in them, giving others tips & ideas, and so on. I understand the work that goes into planning a day & I'm aware of the last minute emergencies that can come up. Weddings are one of my favorite things in life - I follow blogs, facebook pages, etc. to stay current on trends and get inspired. I'm a people person who's not afraid to get a little bossy, but in a sarcastic-fun manner. I'm an organizer, control freak, type "A" personality - I've been known to go a little Danny Tanner on my friends with itineraries, clip boards, etc. I will take your vision & do everything in my power make sure it becomes a reality. What more could you ask for?
